ScanTracer
ScanTracer is a powerful software tool that accelerates the debug and trouble-shooting
process in Boundary Scan programming and test applications. It provides a means to send
individual serial vectors of varying formats to target devices and allows users to |

record and display responses in multiple formats. Through its intuitive graphical
interface, ScanTracer allows users to intensify their focus on problem areas of target
boards. ScanTracer's flexible test vector delivery tools and new test pattern generation
features provide a powerful and friendly debugging environment to the user that enhances
productivity and reduces development time. ScanTracer allows test and design engineers to
view stimulus test vectors and captured responses from the Device Under Test (DUT). Data
is display in logic analyzer style timing diagrams and state tables. ScanTracer compares
responses from the DUT with expected data and highlights failing nets. Users are able to
easily change stimulus with a mouse click and observe the response from targets in real
time. A built-In algorithm warns users of potential damage, which may be caused as a
result of bit level manipulations. |

Diagnostic Viewer
The Acculogic Diagnostic Viewer (ADV) is an easy to use debugging and troubleshooting
production tool. The ADV works in conjunction with both the board layout and schematic
viewer in order to help the user detect and correct board failures and defects in
