ESV-304 has two linear
scales, one on each X-axis and Y-axis, which had an accuracy of 25um. |

Normalizing Correlated
Process
To reduce the different
judgments among different machines, we adopted the "Normalizing correlated
process". This process will be able to minimize for the number of false rejects
caused by the different of image brightness. |
